1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Puzzle Island: Brain Games ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
2. Account & Game Progress
Your game progress is stored locally on your device and may be backed up via your platform's cloud services (iCloud or Google Play Games). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to device failure, uninstallation, or unauthorized access.
3. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases ("IAPs") including coin packs, energy refills, and special bundles. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to the respective platform's support.
4. Virtual Currency & Items
The Game contains virtual currency ("Coins," "Gems") and virtual items that have no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency and items cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the Game. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of virtual items at any time. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Modify or reverse-engineer any part of the Game
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to game servers or other players' accounts
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Puzzle Island: Brain Games, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game mechanics, and text, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Advertisements
The Game may display optional rewarded video advertisements through AppLovin MAX and its mediation partners. Watching advertisements is entirely voluntary and provides in-game rewards such as extra moves, bonus coins, or energy refills. We do not display forced interstitial or banner advertisements.
8. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
